Q How does the console game rental work?
A You just search or browse the site to choose the games you want to play. Just click the ‘rent' button when you've found something you're interested in. These go on to your rental list, where you can prioritise which games you want to receive first. We send them to you 1st class postage paid, you play them and send them back in the prepaid envelope, then your next one will come.
Q What is Fast Return?
A OnePlayS introduces a FAST new feature that makes returning a game faster than Superman.
This means you know are able to return a game through your own rental panel. You can register a game has been returned even before we receive IT !! This means we will send out a new game from your queue on the next mailing cycle.
You therefore dont have to wait for the game to be returned - we will keep an eye out for the game for you.
This new feature is available for only € 3 extra a month.
You can activate it under "My Account"
If you have been a member for 6 months this feature is totally FREE !!!
Q How do I cancel my membership?
A Please proceed to the "Rental Plan" page to cancel your subscription.
Q What day of the month will I get billed?
A You can see the date for your subscription cycles in the "Plans" menu in your member area.
Q Can I pay with a cheque, money order or be billed in the mail?
A No.
Q What is your cancellation/return policy?
A You have 5 days from the cancellation day to return your games.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
A Dankort, Visa elektron, Maestro,Mastercard debit, MasterCard, VISA
Q If I sign up mid-month, will the first charge be prorated?
A Your subscription will run from the sign up date and 30 days forward. That can be different if you have bought a prepaid subscription or you used a giftcode.
Q Are there any places you won't ship to?
A We currently send to all countries in the EU.
Q Will the shipping envelopes say "OnePlayS" or "OnePlayS.com" on them?
A Yes you will be able to see our name on the prepaid envelopes.
Q How do I report a shipping problem or a game that won't play?
A If theres is any issues with a shipment or game you should contact us through the member area. You can create a case on each game in the "Rents" menu.
Q I lost the protective case/envelope which the game arrived in.
A Please mail us at support@oneplays.com and we will ship a new one.
Q How do I cancel newsletters from OnePlayS
A You can cancel the newsletters in the member area. Please look in the "Profile" menu.
Q Do you ship games all week ?
A No, because the postal service is not working saturday and sunday we can't ship any games. We ship games from Monday to Friday before CET 19:00.
Q What if I want to keep a game I have rented?
A Some games is possible to keep from our stock. It will increase in time. You can see a "Keep" button appear in the "Rents" menu next to the game you have rented if it is possible. If you have returned the game it is possible to see the used price on our website.
Q Is it always possible to get online access on games?
A Yes but sometimes do you need to buy an online pass because some publishers has chosen to link the games to one account.
Q How long will it take to get my games?
A From the time you receive a dispatch email from us the normal delivery time is 2 - 3 business days.
Q How long can I keep discs for?
A You can keep discs for as long as you want. We don't charge late fees, it's just a simple monthly fee and we've got packages to suit every one. However if you're not getting around to playing something we'll encourage you to send it back so you get something that is more appealing.
Q How do I send discs back?
A When we send you discs, we send them in a special envelope that you can reuse to send the discs back. All you need to do is tear off the extra flap with your address on it and use the adhesive strip to reseal the envelope (with the disc inside of course). Then pop it in a mail box and wait for the next one. In most instances it'll only take two or three days to receive your next disc.
