These go on to your rental list, where you can prioritise which games you want to receive first. We send them to you 1st class postage paid, you play them and send them back in the prepaid envelope, then your next one will come.
A OnePlayS introduces a FAST new feature that makes returning a game faster than Superman.
This means you know are able to return a game through your own rental panel. You can register a game has been returned even before we receive IT !! This means we will send out a new game from your queue on the next mailing cycle.
You therefore dont have to wait for the game to be returned - we will keep an eye out for the game for you.
This new feature is available for only € 3 extra a month.

If you have been a member for 6 months this feature is totally FREE !!!
A Please proceed to the "Rental Plan" page to cancel your subscription.
A You can see the date for your subscription cycles in the "Plans" menu in your member area.

A No, because the postal service is not working saturday and sunday we can't ship any games. We ship games from Monday to Friday before CET 19:00.
A Some games is possible to keep from our stock. It will increase in time. You can see a "Keep" button appear in the "Rents" menu next to the game you have rented if it is possible.
If you have returned the game it is possible to see the used price on our website.
A Yes but sometimes do you need to buy an online pass because some publishers has chosen to link the games to one account.
A From the time you receive a dispatch email from us the normal delivery time is 2 - 3 business days.
A You can keep discs for as long as you want. We don't charge late fees, it's just a simple monthly fee and we've got packages to suit every one. However if you're not getting around to playing something we'll encourage you to send it back so you get something that is more appealing.
A When we send you discs, we send them in a special envelope that you can reuse to send the discs back. All you need to do is tear off the extra flap with your address on it and use the adhesive strip to reseal the envelope (with the disc inside of course). Then pop it in a mail box and wait for the next one. In most instances it'll only take two or three days to receive your next disc.
