To my surprise this is a subscription service. You pay however much a month or a year and you have access to the games in their service. To be honest a lot of it is stuff that is so niche no one has ever heard of outside the cheapest bundles, but they do have the Lego games, Hatred, the Vanishing of Ethan Carter and others. The service is worth getting just for the Lego games. If money is an issue, they have had deep discounts on the yearly service.
So what happens is you get the desktop application, find a game to play in "the dashboard" download the game, install the game and when you play the game it has you verify things. First with a user name and password (even if you're logged into the desktop application). Then it unlocks the game and you start playing. Its pretty simple. I'm still waiting for some horrifying catch considering I've never heard of OnePlay.
Navigating via the desktop application feels a bit slow. Its also odd that you have about menu items that do almost the same thing. The dashboard lets you find games. You download them, then it takes you to my list.... then you really download them where it puts them into my games. I feel like this process can be streamlined. Plus the filters seem to work until the last page of the filters. Filtering five star rated games there are only 16.... out of 2,000+ take that for what its worth.
While I highly recommend the service, just know that you're getting mostly low tier and somewhat older games.

very low download speed.
